1.if client has been geting some commision from ur hire teyadu

2. If lcient has some bonding with vendor or agreement tioyadam kastam if ur not so comfortable with client

 

3. If client is in ur favour u can do this thing. Client has to Say ur contract has ended and terminating u..nuvu oka 1 week levae petu.. denikana mundhu inko vendor tho mataduko .ekuva rate ki next week nudi aditho process ayipo..edhi only client is too much on ur side..

 

4.If not vendor gadu vadi antha vade penchali..or nuvu potha naku veredhi good rate ki vachindhi ani dhamiki isthe penchuthadu..

Normally there is vendor management team that decides the vendors. You can get rid of middle layers but it is highly impossible to take out primary vendor. There are many legal things that vendor management team handles and don't want to deal just to get you 5-10$ more. They will also look at your employer history before they approve such as whether your employer has any direct clients and what value he brings to the client. 

You can try to link up with other vendor who can give good rate and who is already in clients system and approved. This new vendor gets the business and you get the better rate.

yea mavadu itlane chesindu..direct ga managment tho...vendor gadu sathisthuandu...so client ki chepi..direct na employer tho petuko anadu..mari vendor ni em chesthav ante ..ma employer gadu chuskuntadu anandu..ittu side employer gadu 10k ki deal set chesindu vendor tho..vedu empl gadini direct vendor chesindu client ki ..

 

indhulo 10k poyindhi ani feel avuthunav kadha..epudu twist chudu..eddu employer gaditho deal set chesukundu when client agrred to remove vendor that when ever a guy goes thru our counsultacny to this company or client he shld get 2-5$ depends on the position..alla vadu aa deal ayipoyaka 15-20 people set chesadu ..alla vadiki nelaki 40-55$/hr coming ...from commision...and also evndro gadu thine 30$ lo employer gadiki 15 ichi idu 15 taking...
