60-day nonimmigrant grace periods. To further enhance job portability, the final rule establishes a grace period of up to 60 consecutive days during each authorized validity period for individuals in the E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1, O-1 or TN classifications. This grace period allows high-skilled workers in these classifications, including those whose employment ceases prior to the end of the petition validity period, to more readily pursue new employment should they be eligible for other employer-sponsored nonimmigrant classifications or employment in the same classification with a new employer. first nunchi start cheyali.. old 140 can be used only for status extension purpose. or if your old employer ready to provide proof of employment at the time of 485 application then you can use that 140

enduku use avvadhu man.. konthamandhi 6+yrs ext lo unnollu employer change avvadaniki bayapadatharu status bisket aithademo ani 140 revoke aithe.. now they can switch to new employer without worry

kotha emp ki now change avvali ante, present emp tho unna i140 use chesi 3 year file chestaru kada. adi approve ayinake kada kotha emp ki move ayedi manam? then old emp i140 revoke chesina we will have 3 years to go ahead and get i140 for extension with new emp.
