H1 RFE response last date reached - Please help

bhayyas.. evaraina similar situation face chesi unte koncham information ivvandi.. blogs evi search chesina naku kavalsina info dorkatledhu

ee year april lo h1b apply chesadu ma employer naku in masters quota regular processing. daniki RFE padindi.. last date to submit your responses is Nov 21st ani undhi. 

Ma employer and attorney last week pampicharu anta response ni. tracking number chusthe delivered ani undhi anta.. but inka uscis website lo receipt number paina information update kaledhu, your response is received ani.

employer ki call chesthe nee packet uscis ki reach ayyindi nuvvu tension padaku regular processing receipts update avvadaniki chaala time padthadi  antunnadu but status chusthe inka em update avvatledhu.. inthakamundhu oka h1 apply chesinappudu regular lo response deliver aina ventane receipt status update ayyindi (but adhi deny ayyindi)

 

nenu uscis ki call chesi adgocha ee receipt number ki sambandinchina response delivered ani chupisthundi but inka receipt status update kaledhu endhuku ani?

 

Please mee salahalu ichi punyam kattukondi

tracking number provide cheytamanu simple..vaalaku commision processing ki adagadaniki dabbulu deggara leni mohamaatam neeeku yendku

u s c i s ki call chesinappudu don't talk to level 1 support...vallu oka pdf chusi answers cheptuntaru..tell them you called earlier and got escalated to next level support and an agent is helping you and u got disconnected .....so they will ask basic info and will escalate... level 2  agents have more detailed information... hope this helps
