how can u show u r paystub for extension if you are filing h1b extension on old i140 which is not revoked when ur working for a new employer........correct me if im wrong

The paystubs you aren't going to show from the old employer. All you are going to do is use the paystubs from your current employer, but use the PD from the previous employer to file for your H1B extension.

This only applies to petitions after Jan 17, 2017. If your case is before that, then it's not applicable to these rules.

what petition? are you talking about i140 revocation petition?

My previous employer can't cancel my approved I 140  if i had stayed with my employer for more than 180 days after i140 approval?is my assumption correct?

Yes thats correct but u can use that 140 approval for H1b extension for only one time I believe. You can't use that for multiple H1B extensions (i.e. until you get EAD)

Can we work under him for 50 years until ead becomes current while extending it every 3 years ?

Yes that seems to be the implication of the rule .
