ikkada DB ms poragallu PhD sesi Eb1 saripada papers raase time ki EB1 will also have a cutoff date because of TCS CTS mnc manager stalwarts

Na friend okadu US lo german comp lo FTE chesevadu, H1 6 yrs aipoina they didnt file GC and hence transferred him to Germany office as Manager

2 yrs taravatha camed back to US on L1 as MNC manager and got gc in 6 months

Naku NIH lo oka scientist uncle telusu who came as postdoc in the 80s after phd in biology in Osmania , he said he got Eb1 without any publications in those days

so emadya it became tough

Not if the EB1 has been filed on behalf of a national laboratory and with a NIW. Those TCS CTS managers ain't got on national labs.

Not if you work for a national laboratory associated with the DoD or Department of Energy. In that case, they apply for a National Interest Waiver(NIW). So that 7-8% may not apply in this case. Elsewhere you could be correct.

To work in DoD, don't you need Security clearance ?

Not always. If your research is important enough for them, they will get your Security Clearance done as a NIW.

Started working for a national research lab associated with the Department of Energy. PhD undi, publications, presentations, anni unnayi.

EB1 lo within 8 weeks vacchindi ani cheppadu. Apparently the wait times and caps don't exist if the application is filed by a national research lab. So guys PhD cheyandi, publications veyyandi, famous researchers and professors toh manchi contacts pettukondi. Meeku kooda national labs lo positions vasthayi, EB1 lo GCs vasthayi.

Federal funded non profit organizations (mostly science research. Non it) lo job osthe H1 ki quota undadu.. PakkaH1 osthadi. Mana vallu ekkuva ee side vellaru and it's not that popular coz pay takkuvuntadi... But very great opportunities that side

PhD unte they Will apply GC in eb1 and within 6-8 months GC osthadi.

one more thing is if your PhD is related to the research project of the organization, they Will Sponsor for the PhD too If U have MS
