coz of that wise decisions my net worth is about 2.5 Million. (1 house 1 condo, 2 gas stations in South Cali area and 1 motel in San Diego)

All that in the span of 6 years..

@k2s thatha.. Tacoma area lo oka Gas Station chushna monna weekend.. we might get that.. neeku partnership iddam anukuntunna.. or u can be my store supervisor ..

good4u..andhariki job security undalani ledu...andhariki first job deggara settle avvalani ledhu...andariki risk chesi invest cheyaali ani dhammu undakapovachu...andharikiki india lo loan lu undochu...andhariki some other personal commitments undochu....bottomline is andari situation is different....and you have done an excellent job in investing and making wise decisions

@BommaliNinnodhala baa. I agree with you.. even I had education loans to clear and some family obligations.. but chala mandi manollu.. every month india pampiyyatam lo full anandapadatharu.. just thinking they r making more money by investing in india .. I felt I will actually create more inflation in India so started investing in Vomerica from day 1..

ofcourse oka illu konna anthe ippatidaaka vomerica lo. (bought for 380k now 650k undi market value) .and I have a completely paid off 3 bh 2.5 bath condo in San Diego (bought for 193k now 430k market value) .. monthly 2700 rent osthadi danidi..

invested in few stocks and some businesses in here..

Sending money to India is not my thing.. I don't like it.. but good for you man. hopefully U invested wisely..

@crazymatta if you are getiing 6300 after taxes per month and spending 3000$ for your self sending 3300*12=40k(approx) 

40k*3=120K

120k * 67 = 80L

is it not possible?? I additionally saved 10L=15K USD( 5K*3 yrs) is it  not possible??

pumping dollars in to indian economy doesn't create inflation. by the way you might have invested wisely. What makes you think that people who are sending money to india are not investing wisely. may be their idea of investing is sending money to their families and they might be investing on these guys behalf.   Were you in USA in 2006 to 2008 ?

Each one will have their own case. Well for some guys it takes atleast 2 years after getting job to settle down.  How much money you had to spend for coming to USA ? entha karchu ayyindi masters ki ? kontha mandi Siblings ki fee kadatharu. Most Middle class people will build a proper home, which they lack before coming here.
