those are not excuses..its just some people dont want to risk. they just stick with known things.  So if you are in 2008 , you know how was the housing market. 1M houses were sold at not even half price.

oh yeah... 2012 mid varaku market all time low undi.. 2012 mid nundi racha racha perigindi... me and some of my colleagues made the best use of it. .particularly in South California area..

mem appudu teeskuntunte around 2010.. lot of my desi colleagues were like don't do it.. waste market inka padthadi.. better send to india make properties in india ..and all kind of sodi chepparu.. now they r crying for not taking bold step.. I told them one thing still its not too late.. stop crying and start acting..

yeah bro... ppl thought accumulating Black money in India is easy. not anymore though... most of them don't even go back to India and its very difficult to get that money back to US once it goes to India. few of my seniors did the same mistake built about 2 houses and bought some properties for crores in India now the want to get some money back to US.. they r facing difficulties.

@TheBrahmabull complete india vellipoye uddeshyam unte its better to accumulate in India or else it better to support family and try to have better life here...
