executive orders are tricky, they can be overturned by the judiciary branch. seems like he is dictating his own terms by pissing off congress. what is the need of congress if he does of all this by himself. if he continues like this, they will impeach him when the very 1st controversy comes out . Given his track record that time will be here sooner than later
