bro i know all about it as i work in management and we outsource a bunch of stuff. i am not against contractors. i am against the body shopping practices that desi's take advantage of

in a way the system is forcing all fresh OPT's for that matter even fresh h1b's from india. graduate ayina vallu enta mandi genuine experience to jobs chestunnaru? may be less than 15%. the rest of the 85% end up with mestris with fake patram and flood the market. this is not even the opt's fault. ee system ala vundi. 

also 50 per hour FT is not an apples to apples comparison with 100 per hour contractor. As FT has other benefits like, 401k, health, bonus, paid vacation etc. aina ee kalam lo 100/hr vastundi anta nuvvu devudivi
