If buyers can have patience n wait then rates will surely comedown. Developers bring money on finance and cant wait for long with out selling. It will raise their interests each month.

Enduku chance ledu ? Individual sellers might not sell. But developers will . They cant keep that inventory for long.

u r talking about apartments. apartments mostly middle class valley konedhi adhi kuda home loans meedha nadichevi avi vaatiki pedha problem undadhu.

Agreed. Apartmens will have less impact compared to homes villas and land prices. But eventually declining land prices will also impact them to some extent.

High end apartments will take hit. Ippudu apartments kooda more than 1 crore normal ayipoyayi. Avi anni black money bapathe. They will take 30% hit for sure.

sure 1 cr white money price for an avg- above avg apartment in HYD isnt justified, i'm hoping land prices come down aswell proportionally

Just notes ban tho vadileyyadu, sure gaa follow up actions vuntayee. Gold and Real Estate meeda anukuntunna. Sure gaa long term multi step plan vunde vuntundi.
