30% resuduction only 1-2cr properties ki. if you have property with 5cr and more 40-50% correction vasthundhi, who can show 5cr white in accounts. To deal this govt show equally match up the govt value to market value(may 30% less than current market value) and reduce the reg tax to 2%. In this way govt dont loose any income since they are increasing govt value and buyer will able to buy all in white with out need of giving money in cash. This is the only way to get the ball rolling again in real estate or else evey one thing will be stand still till black money get into market

Agreed. But this will put much needed sense into people's mind. To judge actual worth of the assets before buying rather than just going with hype. And will bring much needed organic, slow and healthy growth into economy.
