Demonetization may have been well-intentioned, but it was a major mistake. The government should reverse it.

very poorly written article. reverse anta, this would create more confusion adding to the current already confused ppl.

 

Catching fake notes already in circulation neither helps trap the terrorists who minted them nor prevents more such money from being injected into the economy. It simply inconveniences the people who use it as legal tender, the vast majority of whom had no hand in its creation.

This is not a solution for corruption or black money but a very small necessary first step. this step itself will not prove anything but when executed as part of a larger plan will help the nation. we have to see what the government does next.
