Growth chala important...dani value 40 years occhaka kani ardham kaadhu...

Nenu 25 yrs unnappudu 45-50 yrs old ppl toh kalisi pani chesa same capacity/ same c2c rate (of course they don't have layers and mestri's but adhi verey issue).

The very thought that I might stay in the same place even after 20-25 yrs is very frustrating and de-motivating...
