Pension untundi apart from social security and 401k. You can carry your insurance after retirement. pension eligibility starts after atleast 5 years of services.. (5-35 years)

Less/no Indians ...desis... lol.. jk

Overall good opportunity to get man..

how to get into those Fed IT jobs ? are you working in Govt IT ?

yeah.. state deptmnts lo pay ekkuva undadu.. fed lo manchiguntadani vinna. btw I am sure @quickgun_murugan works for federal government.. inthakumundu vere theddullo cheppadu okasari.

throw some light.. (assuming GC ochindi or Chitznchip ochndi )

It lo na ...or any other job ....very simple procedure veelaki...prathi state site lo positions pettutharu  ...poyi apply cheyali antay....

GC ochettundi baa andukey finding all options... contracting entha chesina.. malli anthe baa.. final ga old aynaaka benefits lekapothe bathakalem.. okappudu laga ledu kada.. contracting lo per hour 150 200 sampadinchedi.. ee situations lo FT s better laa unnay..
