Friend vala Friend kosam kadu idi nakosame.. so pls nen genuine ga asking this opinion

 

oka pedda state ki captial city, not like boston kani chinna city lo oka condo with small area 960sft. illulu anni athukoni unnai.. intiki mundu parking kakunda.. oka place lo common parking to all 15 condos.. apts size anthe unnai... 

 

2 bd 1.5bath with unfinished basement. listing price $140k.. nen 100k - 110k aithe offer chestha.. school dist 3/10 so no scope to increase in price in future. kani main road that leads to downtown main towers, state campus, state univ ki walkable or cyclable and oka chinna college where desis come a lot ki nearer. 

 

so u guys already got that it is rental target. nen bachelor and might get married in few months. so appudu rent ichi move out avtha as desis lekunte it might not work out for the girl. apati varaku ill opt roomates and pay mortgage. 

 

rent at max $1100 osthadi kani HOA high amount $285/mo undi (which includes cable, internet, trash, snow, landscaping, etc and exterior maintaninance and bbq spots, hazard insurance.)

oka case lo $120,000 ki set avthe.. na montly payment with 10%down payment 15yrs loan expected to be $1200- $1300. with HOA, owners Insurance, mortgage(mortage insurance, PMI) Misc kalipi

Good investment or risky.

depends on how long you are going to be in that city... risky investment ani em ledu...don't expect 100% growth in 1 year..

it might take time...  as long as you feel you can afford it go for it...

state project already 3 years aiyindi.. some family issues valla india trips esanu baga ee year impression thaggindi kani extension ki inka chances unnai.. ipudu inka 7 months untanu ikkada.. kani extend aithe after 7 months straight 2 years osthadi.

competition sake nen ipudu chepannu bhaiya. in this state lo intha descrption tharavata peru chepthe easy to find out property. idi listed in big sites property kadu so not many knows so far. and work out aithadi ani antha ga telidu evariki so gar.. I made my own reaearches and found this.. pls dont mind

that's fine... all you need to do is check

1) if you can afford it atleast for a year..

2) are you going to stay in that state or that location for atleast a year or two.

3) howz job market for your technology in that area in case your current job assams... so that you can still stay in that place for some more time..

4) Properrty lo owners a undaala leka rent ki ivvocha kanukko...

 

then go aheard.. man.. its easy.. I got stuff like that too.. bought a condo.. then a house .. later invested in few Gas stations and motels ..

its easy.. if you have a stable job..

this condo will only be ur investment property. oka 1 yr maintain chey..then later ammey if u tihnk u cant handle.

2006 built which is making me to like this prop. downtown dagara kadu.. nearer to downtown and safe area . nen leave 1 mile dooram and towards downtown. na place e safe and idi inka safe. single bus would take to city's biggest mall and other single bus to donwtown and state univ, chinna college, walmart, lowes etc. public trnasportation keka and 20 mins lo anything. bustop is 50 ft away.

 

thanks that u raised those points. prasthutham as I paid to fee to a my own bro and a cousin so ready ga ledu.. but planned slowly to get my backup ready in 6 months for any 3-4 months vacant stage.

 

$1200 ravali ani em ledu.. nen unnani rojulu na rent bayata badhulu ikkada pay chstha... rent ichaka mortgage kadithe chalu aa money tho naku.. ekkuva kakunda.
