why do you think everyone should be as patriotic as you ? people should have freedom to be how much patriotic they want to be. Just like religion some feel more close to god some don't, irrespective of religion. 

if your grandma goes to a movie with you and is  desperate to sit as to give relief to her knees would you say the same ? would you ask someone who looks healthy to standup even if they are recovering from a hidden injury ? You are in USA  because you wanted better life. Antha deshabakthi tannuko vasthey go back to india and happily pay your taxes to india and inspire others  to stay in india.

I think our grand mothers and fathers are more patriotic than we are today. So we don't need to ask them to stand while the National anthem is being played. I also believe its common sense that no one will ask a 80 yr old woman to stand. It will be completely her choice. Who said staying in India only makes you a patriot ? Staying in US also you can help your motherland and that's what exactly I'm doing and I don't have to justify myself to you.
