Condos lo HOA em em cover chesthayi.. individual houses lo adi undadu kada so ikkada kattadam valla manaki future lo em benefits.

 

What all questions I should realtor regarding HOA terms and in general house purchase ki adagalsina and consider cheyalsina points and suggestion ivandi pls.. silly aina parledu... and if time unte ee threads kuda chudandi..

konni HOA lo turn based HOA president untadi concept, nadi e case im not sure yet. if unte being on H1 can we take up presidency for HOA or can we be even in board.
