His immediate next film after Pelli Choopulu is Dwaraka. Dwaraka is a thriller comedy where Vijay Devarakonda plays a fake godman. This comedy thriller is around money involved around this fake god man. Arjun Reddy is another film that is in making and is in the final stages of shoot. This is said to be a super natural thriller. Vijay Devarakonda has already signed another rom com with lady director Nandini Reddy of Ala Modalaindi and Kalyana Vaibhogame fame. It is being rumored that Vijay Devarakonda has signed a movie with Allu Aravind’s Geetha Arts and UV Creations banner. He also has a film from Pelli Choopulu makers. In total, he has around 6 movies and will be busy till the end of 2018 with these commitments.
