farmers can take 25000 now. but small change is a problem. for this why dont you provide food/grocery for all farm labors for 2 months. you can buy them using big 2000 rs notes.then ask them to work and tel will settle once cash becomes available.

let me give you one example. 

pm said open jandhan accounts. gave a rupay debit card with an overdraft limit which means with zero balance also you can use it.

so for people who went for treatment/emergency to private hospitals if you had a jan than account you can use rupay card in private hospitals

dude even in US lo kuda debit transactions accept cheyaru hospitals lo . india lo kuda same adi kuda issue ayindi monna debit cards tisukuntaledu NIMS lo ani.. credit cards ok np..
