మధురైలో ఓ వ్యక్తి పబ్లిక్ టాయిలెట్ ఉపయోగించుకున్నాడు. టాయిలెట్ ఉపయోగించుకున్నందుకు రూ. 5 చిల్లర లేకపోవడంతో చెక్కుపై రూ. 5 రాసిచ్చాడు. దీంతో బిత్తరపోవడంతో నిర్వాహకుడి వంతైంది.
