my suggestion is that any place a few blocks away from St.Charles ave (the main st where the ooregimpu goes) will be better access

Nenu schedule chudala bhayya...but Bourbon st lo jaruguddhi adult stuff anthaa...so check for parades which are ending in french quarter/bourbon st and plan accordingly...

rest all parades are for kids and families...
