inko 1 month lo 6th year ayipothundhi 140 approved jamanalo... so next extension ki apply chesina..in process.... adhi vachinaka patha emp ni vachili kotha empl dhegariki pothe...ella untadhi

 

alla velthe path 140 payana transfer petukovala...?...leka shld i wait for 140 approved from new employer and change to him? how

yes again its risky...6th yr antunaav...y risk? just hang in there until your new extension gets approved...tarvtha jumpings ceseyyy

With approved I140 he will get 3 years extension with new employer kadha bro.He need not worry if he is in 6th year or whatever.Also if he had stayed with his old employer for 6months ,his old employer cannot revoke his I140.It means even if his new employer dont want to sponsor greencard, he can happily extend H1b every 3 years

if its really worth taking a new job ...federal client or state froject or fortune 500........ for h1 transfer then risk ceyochu....otherwise fichaa liteee....

Bro 2 weeks back approve ayina  I140 EAD rule prakaram no risk.oka approved I140 unte chalu.mana date current ayenta varaku we can join whatever company we want by transfering h1b without thinking of refiling green card.Mana date inko inkoa 1-2 years lo current avuntundi anapudu we can join employer who can file GC
