India, A Country of Hero Worshippers.
India has law strict like in USA but implementation agency is corrupted along with judiciary. 
Politicians or criminals who loot and donate to people by bypass book laws become Heros in India. Of course Film Heros also become politicians in India a most common practice. So politicians sometimes or most of the times occupied by projecting larger than their party images and nation too. Hence their followers can do any kind of riots in India. If you want you can refer archives. 
During this process, highly educated too act as dumbass is another irony. 
We don't need to reinvent the wheel in India. Just people inside systems have to work for India and people than to bribes and parties. That's it. It will show wonderful results.
Dedicated to every educated person.
I forgot to write one more point, any religious person either Baba or Swamijis they also interfere in government or loot public in the name of God is another tragedy in India. 
Where ever or whenever religions put their legs into polity, administration or nation sucks.
This is exactly happening in India ever since I have noticed started reading polity, economy from 1990s.

40 millions of Americans living on food stamps today. 
20 millions of them ditched by local corporations, outsourcing companies, desi consultancies and few stem students according to American reports.
Why nobody address this? But we always say this;
1. American doesn't know IT, so America needs More IT skills by a statement of Infosys, Cognizant etc. 
2. Do you know majority delivery managers of these companies take $10 per hour under the table (corruption and crime) from contractors of F1 OPT,CPT,H1Bs,H4 EADs?
3. Why do you need to work more than 8 hours a day in countries like USA? Is your aim is to degrade American work culture to Asian level? Where 24*7=8 hours pay with $2 an hour or day.
4. Why no one speaks about Master (H1B Indian employer) vs Slave (H1B employees ) crime here?

Those who are doing crime here projecting Trump President elect as villain instead of admit their crime.
5. Crime by Indians here is endless. 
6. One of two GC holders formed Indian Incs to abuse local laws.
If they become CEOS here suddenly, why cannot they in India? No talent, no answers. 
7. One of 10 h1bs, do felony, ***** here both male and female too.
8. If Mexicans entered through Texas boarder and doing crime, many Indians legally entering through JFK, Chicago airports and doing crime here. No much difference. 
9. Not all but majority are doing this crime without fear,shame, respect to India or USA. 
10. Just dollars, but not more or less. 
H1B is an employment program started by America 25 years ago for talent, creatively in all domains. Today it becomes pimping(prostitution ) business by Indian H1B folks only to restricted to Information technology.

Ameerpet, a place in Hyderabad India;

Once upon a time it's was capital of United Andhra Pradesh. Now it's capital of 29th state in India that is Telangana.
Honestly, most of the institutions especially Engineering and IITS also far behind this small center called Ameerpet.
A majority of people across the globe come here to get trained on latest skills and return to their home countries. The costs of entire trip is covered by the cost of that training course in their home nations.

I met several NRIS here who are very good at heart and of course some are highly professionals. 
One of such friends offered me to come to South Africa, Singapore in those days for job search and to stay with them until hit a job locally. Those nations allow this job search unlike Western Nations where employer has to provide job first and visa next but as you know our desi guys, they get you visa first and job on your own. Not job, project. Job is there already. 
Those were days, I don't have laptop, sat under the tree and answered the questions on F1,H1B queries, rfes free to guys, photocopies shops we call xerox made business out of it. If you give one important paper, book they make million copies and sell it to all customers. Information spreads that fast. 
Majority institutions have nothing to offer except very few selective reputation institutions like Wilshire, few other ones which we can count on our figer tips.

Those were the days, 1990s, every institution started IBM mainframe and minted billion dollars in both training and placement in USA.

In fact, if am correct those who knows COBOL spelling in 1990s boarded the flight to USA whether have BTECH original or fake certificate. Later all good were effected, a different story.
Memorable thing is having Tea, breakfast on street side and interact with NRIs, get inputs from experienced faculty and struggling with non workable conditions of computers if it's unknown institutions otherwise training both theory and lab is very interesting. 
Honestly, engineering colleges in India couldn't even meet the pace of Ameerpet to keep their students upbeat in market.

Finally, many enter here become software engineers than to the engineering colleges. In fact, all non Computers or IT back ground people destination is Ameerpet to start ABCs in Computers or Information Technology. A very young faculty that I know charged 2000 INR for two days to teach Oracle 8 and DBA on it in 1997-98 while I was working elsewhere rushed to HYD just for two days. It was very high amount in those days. If am correct majority of the students and faculties who has stuff whom I met in 1990s are been to Singapore/South Africa/UK and of course majority of them are here in USA. I wish you good luck for all the IT aspirants in India. 
Do market research always and pick one course/certification and one country to live in. God bless you.

Moral of the story is no matter which college one studies computer science, they have to end up in Ameerpet Software Training Institutions to learn New Technologies and become Software Engineer.
