cheese shells tortilla or cauliflower tortilla... is alternative for tortillas..

okay got the things for haleem preparation ---- Keto is no more boring ^^

1kg - Mutton - 270 grams - Protein
             - 30 grams - Fat
             - 1430 Cal

200grams - Yellow split moong dal - 24 grams - net carbs
                                  - 14 grams - Protein
                                  - 232 Caloroies
                                  
1 large onion (150g) - 11.4 grams - net carbs
                     - Protein and fat negligible
                     - 60 calories
                     
Serrano pepper (10)  - 2 grams - net carbs (1 pepper has 0.2 grams net carbs)
                     - 20 calories

1 cinnamon stick (8g) - 1.8 gram - Net carbs
1 tbsp ground cardamom - 2.4 gram - Net carbs
1 tbsp cloves - 2 grams - Net carbs
1 tbsp black pepper - 2.7 grams - net carbs
1 tbsp jeera - 1 gram - Net carbs
1 tbsp corriander seeds - 0.6 gram - Net carbs
20 grams - coriander - 0.1 gram - net carbs
Mint leaves - for more than 30 leaves less than 1 gram -net carbs

3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 3 grams - Net carbs

100 grams Fried onions - 30 grams - net carbs  
                       - 258 cal
                       
200 grams Ghee - 160 grams fat 
               - 1430 calorie

ee ingredients thoni prepare chesukunte - kum se kum 6+ (~ 10 small bowls vasthadhi) meals ki aithe vasthadi - so we will be in our keto limits (protein, fat,carbs and calories)

and haleem can be stored in fridge for almost a week.

follow any haleem recipe and use the above ingredients ... lentils motham yellow moong dal tho replace chesukunte better because these have low carbs , meat maree ekuva avuthadi anukunte moong dal quantity koncham penchandi and add some more extra onion .. but calculate the carbs and calories.. Ghee kuda adjust chesukovachu but watch out for calories
