Thats true for first week atleast, so we can avoid some keto symptoms.  Once we are in Keto, we wont  get any more cravings for carbs or sugar anyway. I started this 10 days back and I lost 8lbs. I cheat some times eating 1 roti or 1 butter cookie etc but I compensate that in Gym doing atleast 500 calories. I stayed in Trace only for first week and then came into Medium on my ketostix.

My wife is also in trace for 2 weeks. She is avoiding fat items and mostly depending on protein items. I forced her to eat cheese yesterday and now she came to moderate. So, I guess its important to intake fat too. with our mind set from all these years, which we are hearing fat is not good for health, some people are taking it very low even in keto diet.
