Vere muscle groups lo like triceps biceps shoulders anni cuts kanipistunnai but inka I have to start shreddding adi avvatledu even I am eating clean. with workout 5 days a week. Even if I visit frnds or on a trip atleast I try to do jumping rope which I carry all the time and do some stretching and ab workouts.
