H1b Immi Help... Suggestions !!!

Current Job gone by this year end, Visa Stamped@India till Aug 2017, May travel to India @March....

Started looking FTEs, but its hard to Get 1 now. Thought of Joining Consul and get my GC labor/140 Approved and then will start FTE search...

Marketing started through Consultancy, job searching - adhi vacchaka h1 transfer/apply chesta annadu.. 3-4 Positions @pipeline and hopefully will find 1 soon

What are the Options i got ?

1) Job vacchina raakapoyina -> Apply H1 in Regular, get Receipt before Dec 31st , find/join job and then depending on the situation @ client -> change it to Premium so that i can travel to india...

2) If i find job in next 2 weeks -> Apply H1 directly @Premium

 

*** Also since i already have stamping till Aug, Do i need to get new Stamping @ March or old one chaala..?... ela ayina Drop Box e kadha ani thinking....

Pls Suggest...

don't think of applying in regular... doola teripothundhi.... processing time challa ekkuva... also stamping untey better stay there if u r thinking of pleasure trip.....

 

nee case lo no need of stamping if u r planning to go before april (3 months safe side stamping ki mundhu velladam) naa opinion adhi...

initial ga regular ga apply chesi, receipt techcukoni , then once @job.. depending on client place, we can switch to Premium kada bhayya..

 

initial ga job lo join avvakundaane H1 premium apply cheste.,.. query padithe its tough for me to get CLient letter kadha...
