Projct vetukune time lo , naa x client manager chusadu, malli raaa annadu (4yrs back -apppude pass out chesina proj adhi ) , interview maa mangr ee chesadu 

cut cheste - join ayya, maa mang gaadu no more mngr, he is a VP now, denamma nannu team ki intro chesadu- andar kottha vallu, team lead tho saha!! (Expectd as joiing after 4 yrs)

Sare, wrk chestunanna-tech kothhaga undhi ,time padtundhi, work jarugunthu kaani  TL  gaadu baaga insult chestunnadu naaa royyaa, questions vestunnadu- idhi cheyochha adhi cheyoccha ani, vaadniki anthaaaa telsu ainaa pointing to0 much, 

ila kudardani, poi matladina, bhayya - naaku time padtundhi, nenu try chestunna, meeru time ivvandi kaasthaa ani, ya ya aya ani annadu- 90% f d bckgrund differnt unde vere projct lo.

Cut cheste , few days back 

edho installation frsutration lo admin vallani vesukunna inko meeting lo (5/6 times application resintalls chesinaru - avvaniki raavatledhu correct one - time antha waste chesaru) vaadu global meeting lo nannu point chesi - ila old version ki support cheyalekapotunnam kondari users ki baaga kopam vastundhi ani naa peru use chesadu, so plse grant us new version of tec ani..

Aaa global meet lo naaa TL gaadu unnadu, ivvala i deserve my salary , dont know how others manging wt out wrk ani ...em rakunda vere valla meedha padtaaru antaaa...

-- you should start a internal conversation with your manager and TL on what happened explain them clearly they did 5-6 times application reinstalls which did not help, I doubt the newer version will address this annatu disco cheyi...

Max try chesinaa bhayya, 20k spend chesi tool kooda nerchukunna- to refresh my knowledge, ofcurse book knowledge ee adhi, practical ante kastam, implementation lonee nnerchukovali, inthaa try chestunna to cope up !! But i myself disaapointed , lost confidence tat i cannot do d work ....

still depression , my low confidence iss haunting mee

Brother, I was in a similar situation, at least your manager is supporting you, in my case I was becoming a sandwich between my project lead and my boss...my project lead used to delegate work but she did not give me resources, my manager she used to tell me to work all by myself and she was saying I had communication problem and I was not being efficient....

This is what I have done, not necessarily applies to everyone. I marketed my resume and got a job offer. After that, I called in a conference meeting with both my manager and project lead. I told them xyz is my working style, you give me resources and this is the time we will take with x number of resources...If I don't get resources by end of the week I will quit...they closed all their holes and now listening to me after we successfully completed 1 project...

Sometimes people are insecure and they don't trust others...we can't change people unfortunately but they will listen only by warning...

There is a saying in Hindi  "lathon ke bhut baton se nahi mante" sometimes we have to show the stick...unfortunately...

I wish you good luck...don't drink too much because of them and let them not effect your health...
