రెండూ ప్రమాదానికి కారణమని జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ అంచనా

నానక్‌రామ్‌గూడలో గురువారం రాత్రి కూలిపోయిన నిర్మాణంలో బలం, దృఢత్వం లోపించాయి. ఆ భవనం వెనక 50 అడుగుల లోతున విశాలమైన గుంత తీయడంతో భవనం పునాదులకు దన్ను కరవై ఏడంతస్తుల కట్టడం పేకమేడలా కూలిపోయింది. వలస కూలీల జీవితాలు అర్థంతరంగా ముగిశాయి. ఈ దుర్ఘటనకు నాణ్యత లేకుండా భవనాన్ని నిర్మించిన సత్యనారాయణసింగ్‌తోపాటు, నిర్మాణం వెనకే 50 అడుగుల లోతున నిబంధనలు పాటించకుండా సెల్లార్‌ తవ్విన నిర్మాణదారుకూ బాధ్యత ఉందని బల్దియా ప్రాథమిక అంచనాకు వచ్చింది. ఇదిలా ఉండగా.. సుమధుర సంస్థ చేపట్టిన సెల్లార్‌ తవ్వకం, సత్యనారాయణ సింగ్‌పై బల్దియాకు అనేకమార్లు ఫిర్యాదు చేశామని, అధికారులు స్పందించలేదని స్థానికులు ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.

బల్దియా పరిధిలోని నానక్‌రామ్‌గూడ గ్రామంలో దాదాపు 90 శాతం నిర్మాణాలకు అనుమతుల్లేవు. గ్రామకంఠం భూములు కావడంతో అనుమతులకు యజమానులు ముందుకురావట్లేదని బల్దియా చెబుతోంది. జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ అధికారులు వారి నుంచి మామూళ్లు తీసుకుని చూసీచూడనట్లు వదిలేస్తున్నారని స్థానికులంటున్నారు. అనుమతి లేని నిర్మాణాలన్నింటికీ నోటీసులిచ్చామని అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు. కూలిపోయిన నిర్మాణానికి పక్కనే ఏడు లక్షల చదరపు అడుగుల విస్తీర్ణంలో 50 అడుగుల లోతులో సెల్లార్లు తవ్వారు. జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ వద్ద తీసుకున్న అనుమతుల ప్రకారం.. అక్కడ నిర్మాణం చేపట్టబోయే సంస్థ పేరు సుమధుర. యజమాని మధుసూదన్‌. రెండు సెల్లార్లు, ఒక పార్కింగ్‌ అంతస్తు, మరో 33 అంతస్తుల్లో ఇళ్లు నిర్మించేందుకు పనులు ప్రారంభించారు. రాళ్లను పగలగొట్టేందుకు గతంలో జిలెటిన్‌ స్టిక్స్‌తో పేలుళ్లు సైతం జరిపారని .. అందుకు పోలీసుల అనుమతీ లేదని చుట్టుపక్కల వారంటున్నారు.సెల్లార్ల కోసం తవ్వకాల వల్ల తమ ఇళ్లు కదులుతున్నట్లుగా ఉండేవని చెప్పారు. సత్యనారాయణసింగ్‌ నిర్మించిన ఇంటి కింద మట్టిలో మెత్తదనం ఉండటంతో పునాదులు కదిలిపోయి సుమధుర సంస్థ సెల్లార్‌ గుంతలోకి నిర్మాణం ఒరిగిపోయింది.

అద్దెల కోసం ...: హైటెక్‌సిటీ, ఐటీ సంస్థల్లో పని చేసే ఉద్యోగులకు నానక్‌రామ్‌గూడ చాలా దగ్గర. అద్దెలకు గిరాకీతో భవనాలు వెలిశాయి. ఏడాదిలో బహుళ అంతస్తు భవనం నిర్మించి అద్దెలకివ్వాలని సత్యనారాయణసింగ్‌ భావించారు. ఇరుగు పొరుగు వాళ్లు చెబుతున్నా వినకుండా నాణ్యత పాటించకుండా నిర్మించారు.

Flyover construction ki daggarlo i won't suggest to take..

 

Anyways gachibowli and nanakram guda full water problem man..and I don't like that place..travelling to abids and x roads take 1 hour driving ..it is like a city outside city

They should finish metro construction there first and other critical places.

 

If they construct it till 2020 people will die ok roads. TheyBhave to do 24 x 7 work om crucial sites and government should coordinate it with l n t.

 

Malakpet , Saida bad dilshuknagar junction deggara start avutudhi congestion and it ends near nampally exhibition ground.

gachibowli lo job cheseyvaadiki abids and X roadlo em pani untundhi.. abids lo koni roju 1 hr paina gachibowli office ki povaala mari?
