Every one wants to buy house which are costlier/ feel they got best bargain than their friends 

Better community , than keep pumping about their houses being best 

And increase the price 5% every quarter

dallas annayalu inka frisco marchipovalsindhe  i didn't find anything reasonable amount to pay around here ...only prosper ISD inka ippudu keller also......desis entry into tella neighbourhood

Charlotte lo oka area undedi suburb WaxHaw ani. Very clean neighborhood, newly constructed houses etc. Back in 2011-2012, the range was around $150-$180k for a new house. Mostly tella neighborhood but good schools and very safe.

Enter one desi in 2012, vaadu around 200k ki 5 bedroom house konnadu. Aa street lo 5 other desis moved, in 2013 that one street alone(name gurthuledu) had 8 desi families. Houses in that one street were touching 300k then, while the next street had houses for as low as 200k.

Fast forward to now, Waxhaw overrun with potta batta desi uncles and average home is around 400k now. Most tella people moved out of there to a place called Indian trail. Next desis targeting that area too ani vinna.
