Enter one desi in 2012, vaadu around 200k ki 5 bedroom house konnadu. Aa street lo 5 other desis moved, in 2013 that one street alone(name gurthuledu) had 8 desi families. Houses in that one street were touching 300k then, while the next street had houses for as low as 200k.

Fast forward to now, Waxhaw overrun with potta batta desi uncles and average home is around 400k now. Most tella people moved out of there to a place called Indian trail. Next desis targeting that area too ani vinna.

 

true. Ballantyne nunchi Lancaster, SC dhaka chala vacant land undhi. you need just one or two desi to start then everyone move into that community.
