those people will never get the big picture.... becoz IMHO due to their family members (old gen).. even if they have a slight inclination towards anti-caste system they will be dragged away from it by their families and equations involving them (read inheritance properties, politics) etc... many examples around me.. a friend who was good character during academics slowly transformed to cast n shyiat and now after marriage  is a caste fanatic... lot of dowry ... has to save that by lifting caste card... inka ela .. how ya how @3$%
