Location wise good man.. near to 400,  travel time tagguthundhi if you work in downtown.

Considering other things like Schoolzone -> Johnscreek is best.

Johnscreek has better school zone, 

marta rail expansion until exit 11 mostly done antunnaru...adhi vasthey  exit 13 and 14 lo vunna chalu. Exit 14 - market place community lo maa freind okadu 410K ki konnadu. with basement.
