Desis Desis ni munchadam ante sap industry is a fine example, I felt terrible after listening to hardships my friends are going through because of hiring discrimination.. lk lu office lo okadki gc ki file cheydanki position open pedte, friend apply chesadu, he has genuine sap experience of 7 years now. Interviews ki kuda submit cheyatle anta resume and only if you know someone on the team, you might get lucky anta.

SAP was great from 2000 to 2011 or so except that one two years of recession. I know one guy who used to be billed $200/hr, company paid car, hotel, and food reimbursement. He built a shopping complex in Hyderabad somewhere near Kondapur. That alone fetches him a few crores every year. Plus he's a FT now working as a SAP manager in Bank of America(Remote). 

His qualification? BCom from Bharat degree college and a 6 months training certificate in SAP from Ameerpet.
