Now Meera Jasmine Heads for Divorce?

In the last few years, we have seen several celeb couples ending their marriages due to various issues. According to latest reports, noted Malayalam actress Meera Jasmine is now inches away from inking her name in the list of actors to have got separated from their spouses.

Meera Jasmine is a well-known face to Telugu audiences. She has acted in several movies including Pawan Kalyan's 'Gudumba Shankar' and Ravi Teja's 'Bhadra'. Now, the news of her divorce has come as a shocker as she had gone through a lot of hardships to get married in the first place.

She married a Dubai-based Software engineer, Anil John Titus in 2014. Anil was already married and he had divorced his wife to marry Meera. Before the wedding, the couple had asked for police protection as they were afraid that the relatives of Anil's first wife might disrupt the wedding proceedings.

Soon after their wedding, Meera flew to Dubai to stay with her husband. However, she returned to India last year and resumed her acting career in Malayalam film industry. Meera's decision to resume acting is said to be the reason behind the couple knocking the door of the court seeking divorce.

Reportedly, the couple has been living separately for a year or so but they have been very tight-lipped about their separation.
