Its not true. India and US already tax agreement where indians need to pay tax only once which is already being paid in US. So no tax for the money which sent to india.

But if in india if you do fixed deposit with that money u will be taxed as per income tax. Bcoz that money in india is making money i.e doing business i.e earning interest.so its eligible for income tax for the fixed deposit account holder.Check more on india income tax brackets.

This should be implemented only to people who are working/living in Non-Tax countries like Saudi.

if we are tax paying residents in one country then we should pay taxes on world wide income in that country.

If american citizen working in other country and paying taxes in other country then he has to pay taxes in tax paying resident country. but he should disclose all income to usa right. How come one person pay taxes in both countries on same income.

Ayina ee pichi govt. motham tax related issues meedane enduku intha concentration chuyistundo deeni venaka evadu advisor o artam kavatledu. First politicians ki iche budget dabbulu track cheyamanu ekkada karchupedtunnaro ani

india and usa have double taxation treaty where once you paid taxes you will not be taxed again even if you transfer that amount in india account.

all indian working in usa software can just upload their w2 form yearly once thats it......whats wong with that???  dheniki kuda yedupena?
