employer enta teskunte you think is good? what is the ratio and how they define it?

0$ full-time

5$ per hour is good?

10$ per hour is ok?

15$ per hour is Bad?

20$+ per hour is worse?

How much cut employer should take after all the expenses?

 I know there are plenty of consultancy folks who have immense knowledge in this deal, how exactly do the employers come at number of 80%,70% and why do they encourage to falsify resumes?

PS: Am not an employer.

60k - 5k per month - junior dev salary range is around 60-80k in america.

90-100k - mid level dev - 3-5 years exp?

110+ - 150k senior dev 6-10 years?

150+ - for ceo-cto

There is no such thing as good consultancy. Every thing they do is unethical, right from setting up business to filing taxes.

180$/hr + per-diem is better 

have MS access dubbing and support
