KForce sucks man. And no they don't pay you PTO or pay you without a project. If you can't find a project in a month or so they will even terminate your visa. Not worth it bro. I got a call from Teksystems and useless fellow says he can pay me a max of $60/hr on W2. Aa maatram daaniki why do I want to even switch over to him.
