Always remember. Govts exist to serve people. Not enforce discipline on them. (eg. demonetization by the giant duffer Modi).

When I say people. all of them, rich, poor, upper caste, lower caste, hindu, muslim, etc.

you can't conjure up some nonsense, think that it is awesome, and go around blabbering about why your govt. sucks because it doesn't do what you want. It doesn't because other stakeholders think that it is bullshit. And it probably is bullshit.

So before you ask for stupid things like blanket penalizations, go put yourself in jail first. survive a month, and come back to tell us how you feel about this whole jailing thingy.

Human spirit is such a lovely thing. Before you propose laws to squash it, you should experience it yourself firsthand.

Discrimination is a human right. Fighting against it is another human right. Deal with it.

remove importance to caste based and religion based importance and implement uniform civil code, in 10 years we. And see the result. 

Only reservation shoukd be economically backward reservation. 

Remove restrictions on quota basis and implement 50% reservation for economically backward only in government based institutes and one can see the result in one generation. 

And remove quota in private educational institutions.
