If your friend wants to marry a girl with job, tell him to say the same thing to all the girls, who ever responds he should marry that girl.

 

If your friend does not say this and thinks that he can change things after marriage, then his marriage may end up other wise.

 

Last option will be change his mind that you should not tell a someone what to do what not to do. Its their life. If there is an understanding between them thats different case.
