Yeah standards have fallen, that I agree with. Appatlo maaku university lo ne andariki RA, TA or GA vachevi. I heard that option is almost closed now a days. 

Last 3-4 years lo F1 visas ante ration cards la icharu. That's why it created an excess of supply here. Added to that the H4 EADs made it worse. Okkallani blame cheyatledu, visas market dynamics ki tagattu ivvali kaani veellu kooda ishtam vachinattu ichi padesaru.

fresher jobs in infy, tcs, satyam are nothing but another code name for building bench. you will never know when you will be placed on a project. appti daka chekka bhajana cheyali. These companies are no better than mestri's here.

They build cheap labor bench in india and once they get a project they dump these bench bodies on that and they end up experimenting on clients technologies which is how they learn.

now tell me how is this different than an MS guy joining mestri with beefed up experience and learning on the job?

Atleast the MS guys here get some kind of training before they go on to the client.

once you join infy, tcs, satyam and manage to get on a project, do you think they will tell the client you are a fresher? 99% of the time no. I know this because i have been on the client side of things for a while now. I see right through these indian BS where as the white guys dont which is how these companies thrive in the US.
