Ala chesthe, more than half of them would have filtered out in the market and supply would still be capped at 85k per year apart from OPT which is a good and healthy rate as the supply is. Wing controlled. And every year, not all of spouses would join the college, some citing family things and some citing college fees and lot of other stuff, so only the real labour would come into the market but not each and every time dick and harry. It would have kep market in check and rates intact.

h4 ead year 1 estimate was 100,600 and year2 to year 10 was 35900 annualy. so do the math 100600+35900*9=423700 average of 42370 new additions every year. What is missing in this is the l1/l2 EAD's. conservative estimate for that will be another 10-15k which will push the number to ~55K h4 ead's /year. I personally believe the actual number is somewhere even higher.

now out of the 165K , 132K and 102K F1's issued 1) these are not world wide numbers and those numbers are much higher 2) they are all not for masters. 2) Some are undergrad who do not compete for h4 ead jobs 3)a good number of these go back home after masters 4) for the one's that graduate and stay here , some pursue phd's, MBA, double masters etc. So they dont enter the work force immediately and are not a direct competition to h4 ead jobs even if they enter 5) some of these are non-stem f1 visa's who are not in competition for IT jobs 6) these are total number of visas issues and doesn't necessarily mean they all ended up in the US

These are some examples and there may be further breakdown of this f1 visas

now  do your research and come back with the break down of f1 visas and we can have a rational discussion.

Just throwing a bunch of numbers you saw on the internet is not an apples to apples comparison. even uscis it self doesn't have a good handle on its numbers which is why the visa bulletin is so unpredictable.

I've got a call from net2source a little while back.

The requirement is 12+ EXP Data Analyst, with SQL, SAS, R , Python, etc with hands on experience on multiple databases.

Looking at the requirement, They actually need a Superman who can be Batman, Ironman, Spiderman as well as Captain America. Preferred if they have skills of fantastic four.

Now, the interesting part,  The billing rate is MAX $45. The requirement is with CTS, The same guy who has abused EB1C like no other guy did. If these guys keep on cut down on billing rates even for senior positions with 12 years EXP, Mid level guys or starters can only think of better life delivering pizzas but not in IT.

Sick..!!! This is the reason there is a need to make h1b minimum pay to 100k.

I was wondering only if I am getting calls like these or these desi companies taking things to new ugly low with these paltry billing rates?

Maybe if we all can pour in similar things in a thread, Finally when trump comes in and sessions in place, We can shoot them a mail of such things. Hurting others is not my intention but when others are taking advantage of such things, I think we should talk aloud even though we suffer in near future.

Same requirement same rate w2

but 3+ years exp
