What our people had thought was that they would make double the income they are making right now once the H4 EADs were approved. On the contrary what is happening right now is that our billing rates have fallen so low due to H4 EADs that instead of one person making X amount in the past, now both wife and husband work to make that same amount. 

Consequently, the H4 EADs are eventually going to take over the entire IT market and put the H1Bs out of demand. So this is going to detrimentally affect the existing H1Bs especially those that are looking for new jobs etc in the market. The ones who have already entrenched themselves and have internal contacts etc are going to manage the show. 

The only way to beat this is to totally cancel H4 EAD outright. As I have stated earlier, I have gathered and documented enough information about this abuse and am sending it over to Jeff Sessions. 90% chance is that H4 EAD is going to be cancelled once Trump is in the office.

Sick..!!! This is the reason there is a need to make h1b minimum pay to 100k. 

I was wondering only if I am getting calls like these or these desi companies taking things to new ugly low with these paltry billing rates? 

Maybe if we all can pour in similar things in a thread, Finally when trump comes in and sessions in place, We can shoot them a mail of such things. Hurting others is not my intention but when others are taking advantage of such things, I think we should talk aloud even though we suffer in near future.
