I am with you brother. I am documenting all the cases of visa abuse of this sort by H4 EADs and am making a case that I am going to bring to the notice of Chuck Grassley, and Jeff Sessions. 

I am also ready to spend money on legal counsel to see that H4 EAD gets abolished. I am not bothered about losing my money, I want to see atleast the future generations of IT not suffer at the hands of these H4 EADs and greedy desi middlemen.

h4 ead lu have an advantage over opt,cpt etc because 1) mestri doesnt have to sponsor h1 in future 2) the more h4 ead mestri has , the less h1 dependent he becomes and in case there is any rule that come out about any company not having more than 50% h1's this will be advantage to mestri's as a loophole 3) h4 ead's often work for less due to not having prior job experience, feeling inferior to actual h1b and thinking they only deserve so much even though they are genuine etc and finally 4) h4 ead spouses already working in company. so easy referrals. Prime example fannie/freddie as referred in may threads before

Only option is to eliminate all the desi middlemen and layers. Esp now that H4 EADs are available in plenty, what's the incentive behind bringing people on H1B from India applying H1B for them? 

I think the only solution for IT to redeem itself is for a total ban on bringing people from India on H1B to be implemented. Let the H1Bs and H4 EADs here bridge that gap.
