Intlo kusune aunties dead cheap ga job kodithe, they might be happy and make their husbands happier by whatever they are making, but they also need to understand that what ever the money they are making is an excess income and not a desperate income where as for a guy who did MS, that same job is a desperate job. Very good point. One way to stop this abuse is to put a minimum pay condition on H4 EADs before granting them the EAD. For example, before an H4 EAD is granted to a person USCIS has to ensure that this person has a job that pays a minimum wage usually atleast $60k etc etc. 
 

If that happens then this abuse will come down as they can't work for pizza delivery boy wages. You are right about the fact that this is targeted to increase the margins for middlemen and vendors while stagnating and even lowering wages in IT.

Well atleast they can go work for anyone, and also since they don't work for slave wages like our H4 EAD aunties and uncles do they will get positions that atleast promise a decent wage.

H4 EAD isn't gender specific dude. If your wife is on H1B you can apply and get an H4 EAD as well. So it's not like it's specific to a particular gender, so the question of women empowerment doesn't arise at all in this case. Please don't try to put a gender spin on the issue. 

Also if a minimum wage is imposed on H4 EAD as well, women and men both who have the skillset and experience to get a job at a decent rate will end up getting that job. What's so wrong with that situation?
