if you think H4 ead are crashing the market bcoz they are working on mundane/repetitive tasks at low cost...blame the company for hiring them....and an experienced guy is not needed for that...if you feel a company should pay more for a mundane/repetitive work then you are wrong....

in all these years as an IT guy....did you ever hear about a company (like teksystems) saying we are making very good profits...No they will not...the want to paint a picture saying that they are taking losses and still giving you a better rate...they will reduce your rate blaming in CPT/OPT/H4EAD in the market...but still bill in the upper 70's/80's/90's to the clients. its a strategy...dont believe in them...

for example in between 2006-2010 ----- clients used to pay in upper 100's....main vendors cut was 30....they can get a consultant for 70...

2010-2016 ------- clients reduced their rates to 80-90 .... now main vendors have to take cut of 20....because they have to pay a consultant 70...to maintain the standard...

if they take a cut of 30-40 they can get ead/opt and will pay them 50-60...and it results in standards decreasing...

so they will say we will pay you 60 bcoz market is loaded with opt/cpt who are willing to work for 50...end of the day they paint the market in a bad picture so that their cut of 30 dollars is intact...and standard is maintained..why dont they reduce their cut if the client reduces its rate? they wont and will not as long as they have someone to blame...

actually there is a point here, work authorizations end client ki share cheyyarufor c2c if am not wrong, so client ki h4 ah h1 ah opt ah cpt ah telidu except for vendors - there is no wonder that the prices are on the downfall - but coming to quality client will be not happy and will eventually force vendors to scrutinize more - i think its just a bubble ready to burst on my personal note

As per my sources...US has started to strike on legal non-immigrants here from the past 4 years....this is no related to who is in presidency...

1. Make it harder to get driver license...all DMV's are notified to give license only on approval copies and not on reciepts...

2. Put reckless driving tickets... in VA if you go above 80 mph and get caught you will be charged with reckless driving and need to go to court..this is not a new rule but being implemented a lot now days..

3. DUI -- visa stamp revoked...once you go out of india you have to go to stamping...DUI with an accident -- direct deport..

3. USCIS is now cracking down with H1B amendments...and site visits..have you ever heard this 4 yrs back?

4. Also USCIS is purposefully delaying your cases...H1b takes 6-8 months in regular processing...and needless queries...

5. DHS is purposefully not making dates move forward..earlier they used to release inventory numbers and now they are not...

6. Body shoppers are being targeted...did you notice the increase in cases of mesthri and chamchas taking kickbacks and getting fired...ex JPMC

7. Now students are being targeted...OPT extensions are scrutinized more..college accreditation are being removed such that they wont get OPT extension and will also not qualify for F1 quota...

8. some people are being deported at port of entry though having valid papers..investigating on whatsapp/FB/Emails and looking for reasons to deport..

All these and many more steps in the future will be taken to discourage non immigrants...and also those waiting in lines for GC's

A source close to me told this when i was asking about setting up a consulting company...he said consulting companies end is very near...and its not a good business going forward unless you are startup/tech company making your own products...
