Achievements analen because did PT for 3 long years.

But ran 6 miles, climbed some 10 , 35 ft ropes and did push-ups or pull ups all along and yes I puked all the beer sadly🤣🤣 all this on a Monday morning. Am just glad it wasn't in Alaska though. People do PT in Alaska ATM as we speak in freezing temperatures, fck that..

Except some carbs major chunk of my diet includes protein and fats only bro.

i just do ab workouts for just 4 mins twice a day but still I feel a lot to be done. 

Very hard to lower body fat percentage.
