na issue enti ante....why are we giving preferences to money and forget about morals even if we have ample opportunities to correct them.

As an experienced person, am putting this out, meku kudurte second job ki resume ni 1-2 years ki change chesi vellandi, there are some jobs out there that hire entry level. Entry level ki paisal takkuvem kadu 60-80k untundi, which is more than the desi employers pay scale. 

MSEE/MSCS cheste try to apply for fulltimes. I am aware that not a lot of people are taking opts or h1bs. Kani kindly do some research, life spoil cheskokandi by following desi employers blindly.

nen age tesindi to see the maturity level(based on your conversation i can gauge how much you are depending on an employer), not to expect respect from some online stranger.  You are making it real hard for me not to be cocky.

Problem enti ante pake cheste chesina vallu suffer avtaru, employers dont take any responsibility for a person's actions. 

Opportunity antunav ga 2-3 years reks ni 8+ chestunaru layers, desi managers opportunities ela vastay ala cheste? ala enduk chestunaru? because employers(desi) can supply opts anduke.

Okay, happy to listen that people are at least trying. What would you tell for people coming to States. Let's say if the guy just started his undergrad and his dream is to to work for top tech firm in US?
