హైదరాబాద్‌: దిల్‌సుఖ్‌నగర్‌లో జంట పేలుళ్ల కేసు తీర్పులో ఎన్‌ఐఏ ప్రత్యేక న్యాయస్థానం పలు కీలక అంశాలను ప్రస్తావించింది. ఈ ఘటనలో దోషుల సిద్దాంతం అత్యంత ప్రమాదకరంగా ఉందని ఎన్‌ఐఏ ప్రత్యేక న్యాయస్థానం వెల్లడించింది. జిహాద్‌ పేరుతో అమాయకులను చంపారని తీర్పులో పేర్కొంది. చట్టాలనుంచి తప్పించుకోవడంలో దోషులు ఆరితేరారని, ప్రతిరోజు తమకు తాము హీరోలుగా భావించారని తెలిపింది. పేలుడు పదార్థాలు మిగిలితే మరో బాంబు కూడా పెట్టాలనుకున్నారని తీర్పులో వెల్లడించింది. కోఠి, అబిడ్స్‌, బేగంబజార్‌, సీబీఐ కార్యాలయం వద్ద వారు రెక్కీ నిర్వహించారని వివరించింది. వారికి ఉరిశిక్ష కాకుండా జీవిత ఖైదు విధిస్తే.. మళ్లీ ఇదే తరహా నేరాలకు పాల్పడే అవకాశం ఉందని న్యాయస్థానం అభిప్రాయపడింది.

ఈ కేసులో ఐదుగురు దోషులకు ఈ నెల 19న ఎన్‌ఐఏ ప్రత్యేక న్యాయస్థానం ఉరిశిక్ష విధిస్తూ తీర్పు వెల్లడించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే.

క్షతగాత్రులకు పరిహారం నిర్ణయించండి 
క్షతగాత్రులకు ప్రభుత్వం తగినంత పరిహారం చెల్లించలేదని న్యాయస్థానం అభిప్రాయపడింది. ఈ ఘటనలో తీవ్ర గాయాలపాలైన 78మందికి తగిన పరిహారం నిర్ణయించాలని న్యాయ సేవాధికార సంస్థను ఆదేశించింది. పేలుళ్లు జరిగిన ఏ1 మిర్చి సెంటర్‌ నిర్వాహకుడికి రూ.లక్ష, 107 బస్టాపు దెబ్బతిన్నందున ఆర్టీసీకి రూ.50వేలు చొప్పున చెల్లించాలని స్పష్టంచేసింది. అనేక కోణాల్లో పరిశీలించాకే దోషులకు ఉరిశిక్ష విధించినట్టు 697 పేజీల తీర్పులో న్యాయస్థానం వెల్లడించింది.
