For sure frump will take away all EA by abama including D AC A,D A PA and H4 EAD.minimum wage for H1 is also going to increase to more than 100k so let's be prepared for the worst to happen

Except H4 EAD, all others can be taken out with 1 signature and couple of his allies. Anything that goes through comment period , rule making can't be taken out easily. It has to go through comment period again etc...which is a big hassle for government and DHS. H4 EAD has been going on 5 years (introduced in 2011) before it was approved as part of executive action. So, except this, all others can be taken off by the President. Also, Obama is trying his best so that the future president won;t have executive authority to remove it with just a signature...If u feel, H4 EAD;s are taking IT jobs, that's just a myth...Only <15% are only in IT....So, they will make it more tough similar to H1's or add more conditions like 100k for H1 kind of thing...

I am not against H4 EAD or anything but only that it's been misused by husbands to get jobs for their wives who can't even talk proper English or he/she has talent to get the job.Lots of lobbying going on.90 % of H4 EAD are working or looking for a job and it is estimated that there are 175000 H4 EAD and i will leave the calculation to you.

frump is a business man and he knows how to find loop holes same like us so definately there will some action on H4 EAD might be a law suit.

Nobody imagined frump will win the presidency and he won same way we can't imagine what's reforms he is going to bring but it will definetly effect both legal and illegal immigrants.It may not be H4 EAD but they are dependent on their spouses H1 and it might come that way too.

H4 EAD's might not be taking away...it might be just 15% now, but what you need to see is the flexibility of h4 ED to work.

It might be just 15% but these H4's are most sought after in the market without any struggle. After USC, GC, next hot commodity by work status are H4 EAD's. 

They might be just 15% of the workforce. But you need to see they have an influential circle around them in the guise of spouses and their circle who can easily influence the market and get them job using their contacts.

and these numbers are growing. there are about 600k H1b's in the USA and one day, You can expect all of their spouses to be in the market for one simple reason being their love for the money. 

Out of that 600k H1b's, one can expect at least 200k to 300k EAD's in the market by 2020. 

Now, 1-2 years and about 200-300k EAD's coming into the market, Do you think there will be any FT opportunities left over after the advent of H4 EAD's?

H4 EAD rule didn't go through complete rule making process due to abama executive action unlike I 140 portability rule.so H4 EAD can be terminated by a simple sign by frump

FYI.. this kind of lobby  happens with all statuses...

If there is a job in known company, they share it with their own circle and tries to get job to them.... this pattern is well implemented in TX.

so h4 ead has nothing to do, in fact it gives opportunity for them to show their own interests and its not limited like h1.
